The Arts Society is for everyone with a curiosity about, and passion for, the arts. New members are always welcome and for more information about how to join us, click here.

We provide a programme of lectures throughout the year on subjects ranging from painting and architecture to music and film. Our lecturers are all experts in their field who share their knowledge and expertise in a way that we hope members will find both illuminating and entertaining. We also arrange other events including visits to places of historic or cultural interest.

Our Society is a member of The Arts Society, our national body. Our affiliation ensures that what we offer in Tunbridge Wells is of the highest standard and means our members receive a number of national benefits including a high quality magazine and access to many online events and resources.

We aim to provide support for local arts-based initiatives such as small restoration projects or activities that support the creativity and wellbeing of people of all ages.
